OTEM2000. Green Solutions & Management S.L. was founded January 2012 by Antoni Orti and Eva Carmona, and it is the first start-up worldwide to offer a range of innovative technologies and green solutions for the local clean energy production in order to transform cities, to make them more sustainable and keep the environment and the planet.
Actually Antoni is the Project & Product Manager and Eva is the Finance Head and Environmental Education Project Manager. OTEM2000 is formed by engineers, architects and technical specialists to development and management of renewable energy projects, energy recovery and local clean energy generation. OTEM2000 has formed a large cluster focused on Teach & Clean Energy, in order to introduce these innovative concepts in the fields of construction, marine, automotive and aviation.
Our experience allows us to reliably undertake all phases of a project: custom solution design, mechanical and electrical engineering, manufacturing solution, installation and commissioning of the equipment and/or monitoring of the perfomance installation.

enerCITic®
OTEM2000 presents enerCITic®, a platform that promotes a new urban environmental philosophy. It is the visible part of a large list of companies, technicians and goverments which bet on the future populations, sustainable development and conservation of the planet through the implementation of solutions based on renewable energies.
We define enerCITic®, as a new city concept. A sustainable city and friendly with the environment. A city designed to be capable of produce clean energy using the sun and the movement of people and vehicles, thus becoming a source for generating the efficient management of its resources and services, information and communication with citizens through the ICT solutions.
The enerCITic® wish to transform the cities in a real Smart Green Cities and resolve the future increase in energy city demand will suffer as a result of increasing population and transfer them.
The solutions presented in the platform will generate local clean energy in the city to be consumed by itself. Innovative solutions that have been integrated seamlessly into the environment and leveraging what lies in the cities to generate it: people, vehicles and sun. Then this energy will be consumed and managed effectively and efficiently.
To development all the products and projects, OTEM2000 has selected the most modern, innovative and efficient energy technologies into the renewables non-stardard .
The technologies based can be grouped into three product line: active, passive and hybrids systems.
Thus, we define the active technologies as a solution that get proffit of the people and vehicles traffic to produce local clean energy. That is, we integrate a module generators (electromechanical or encapsulated piezoelectric materials following a mesh) on the pavement, which transform the mechanical energy in electricity. This technology is the basis of our IIME product range.
Passive technologies are based on special photovoltaic elements which are perfectly embedded in the middle (infrastructures or buildings). This is the basis of our IIPV and BIPV product ranges.
Finally, the mixed or hybrid technologies. These are a combination of the first ones with the last urban wind turbines, in order to generate more electricity per meter square of installation. OTEM2000 promotes the walkable hybrid systems to increase the benefits.
